you become a client. You will receive a
password protected website with all of
your planning information like:
traditional customs, timelines,
music request, and vendor information.
Our Waterloo, Iowa and Elk River,
Minnesota locations have accredited
Bridal Consultants who are members of
the Association of Bridal Consultants.
Our consultants will meet with you for a
final planning meeting four to six weeks
before your reception. They will go over
your planning information and help you
design a reception as part of our DREAM
weddings. DREAM is an acronym and
concept, or a method of planning to make
sure that your reception has it all:
Drama, Romance, Emotion, and
filled with Ambiance and Lasting
Memories. It will be fun,
memorable, and have your guests talking
about it for years to come.
Your timelines and crucial information
will be shared with your venue
representative, photographer, and
videographer. When your DJ entertainer
arrives you can be assured they will
work with them throughout the evening to
maker sure your DREAM wedding comes
true. Make no mistake, this level of
service is not the industry standard.

Reception Planning is paramount
to the success of your reception, and
begins as soon as you become a client.
When you reserve your entertainment with
us you will receive our Welcome Packet.
The Welcome packet includes a password
protected website that enables you to
begin planning your dream day when ever
and where ever you want. Your website
includes contract information,
timelines, traditional customs, music
request, and vendor information. A final
planning meeting is then scheduled 4 to
6 weeks prior to your reception. This
meeting will be done with our own bridal
consultant. Our bridal consultant will
be happy to meet with you in our office
or teleconference. This give you the
opportunity to plan your reception just
as you've imagined. Our bridal
consultant will be happy to suggest fun
and unique ways to make your reception a
DREAM; Your timelines will then be shared with
venue representative, photographer, and
videographer. Then to make sure nothing
is overlooked your DJ / entertainer will
call your the week of the reception to
make sure nothing has been overlooked.

Our DJ / Entertainers will serve as
Masters of Ceremonies and will
coordinate with other vendors to make
sure your reception flows seamlessly.

Professional appearance: We know
the huge investment our clients make in
their receptions. According to Modern
Bride magazine the average wedding is
now between 20 to 40 thousand dollars.
Our entertainers are committed to
honoring our clients investment and
maintain a professional appearance. As a
company, we've invested
tens-of-thousands to making sure our
equipment looks good, well maintained,
and will not distract from a beautifully
decorated reception hall.
Huge Music Selection: Our
entertainers us one of the largest music
libraries in the industry. Creative
Sound Productions invests several
thousand dollars every year in updating
our libraries. Not only does Creative
Sound Productions subscribe to the same
music service that most radio stations
do, but we also have access to over a
million and a half titles to search from
for our clients. We are committed and
proud to provide you with music that is
legal. Our entertainers use the latest
computer technologies for faster search
times and more time to attend to the
needs of our clients
and guests.
Wireless Mics are always
available for our clients for prayer,
toasts, or any announcements our clients
may have. Over the past twenty-six years
we've developed fun and interactive ways
to get your guests involved that would
be impossible without wireless mics.
Four Speaker Sound Systems
include in all of our packages. Creative
Sound Productions is committed to
providing our clients with a quality
sound. Four speaker sound systems sound
richer with crisp highs and thundering
bass.
Perfect Light Show is standard
and is designed to add the right amount
of ambiance without overpowering a
beautifully decorated reception hall.
Booking our Services is easy. Use
our express service and secure your date
over the phone with a credit card; Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover accepted. Your
confirmation will be sent to you in a
Welcome kit that includes your online
planning information. If you prefer we
will be happy to send a self addressed
envelope with your confirmation for
clients that prefer to pay by check or
money order. A deposit of $200.00
is required to confirm.
